To use the rbajia platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by rbajia for any reason.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one rbajia account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If rbajia detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Verification (KYC). rbajia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Verification may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and current. You may update your details via the account settings panel. Providing false information to rbajia constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbajia login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. rbajia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify rbajia immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. rbajia may temporarily suspend your account while the security concern is investigated.

Account Sharing. Allowing another person to place bets or conduct transactions using your account is prohibited. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.

Refused Transactions. rbajia reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected. In such cases the matter will be investigated before any funds are released.

rbajia offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse. Seasonal promotions aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup events, and Victory Day may be offered at rbajia's discretion. These are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

All games available on the rbajia platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, crash games, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — are operated under the rules defined by their respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Malfunction Policy. Sports Betting. Cricket betting markets on rbajia cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Odds are subject to change prior to market closure. In-play markets are available on selected fixtures. Settlement of sports bets follows the official result as published by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, rbajia's decision on settlement is final.

Disconnection Policy. rbajia is not liable for bets interrupted by a player's internet disconnection. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined according to the game's standard completion rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbajia platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial crime through the platform.
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities — any wins resulting from known bugs must be reported and are void.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward rbajia staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited if you are a resident of that jurisdiction.
